Our Returns Policy
This returns policy forms part of our terms and conditions of sale agreement.
We realise that sometimes you may want to return your purchase for whatever reason, which is why we offer a 14 Day returns policy.
If you would like to return an order or part order please contact us before sending your item back, we will then open a returns and provide you with the returns number. The returns number should be marked clearly on the outer parcel as this helps us identify the return item and who it’s from.
All products returned for cash refund must be in the same condition as they where when you received your order and as such must be fit for resale with original packaging, sealed items must not be opened. When returning your order please also ensure the products are packaged securely to prevent damage along the way. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error on our part, in which case we will arrange a collection from you by a courier service where possible.
There are Returns Policy Exceptions where a return may be rejected.

In all cases please ensure the GRN is cleary displayed on the outer packaging or label to identify the parcel without the need for opening it.
Our Returns Policy does not effect your statutory rights as detailed in the OFT Distance Selling Act within the UK.
